i really like the mech of this picture (i'm a sucker for anything remotely steampunk lol) really cool background too. i really like the lack of color too, it adds to their creepyness.

Don't know. Ask the character's creator. Just draw then. This robots drink and use all sort of drugs too. And why is the robot using clothes? Why does the robot have hair? Why this robot have breasts? Owww.. maybe their just emulating humans... Maybe this is one of those eletric cigarets... anyway, come up with whatever reason of your own.
